Any clothing or giftware that is wished to be returned may be shipped back at the customer’s cost. If you find that the item you received is improperly manufactured or is damaged upon your accepting of the package, we are more than happy to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and we will send a replacement order to you upon receiving the damaged item. We, however, will not cover any shipping cost incurred for items improperly ordered or for items that may have been ordered in the wrong size or color.
All returns must be accompanied by an invoice number and/or a time and date of your online purchase. We will issue a full refund if the item is returned within 30 days of our shipment to the customer, unless the item has been personalized or has been damaged by the customer. Any clothing returned must be unwashed, unworn and in a condition able to resell.
