Who is Bandit Industries, Inc. and what do they do?

Bandit Industries is a global manufacturer of wood chippers, stump grinders, and other wood waste recycling equipment for the tree care, biomass and recycling industries. Bandit is a vocal advocate for renewable, carbon-neutral biomass energy, a popular NASCAR team sponsor, and an active supporter of numerous local, national and international trade organizations.

Can I buy parts for my Bandit equipment on this store?

The Bandit Chippers Gear online store is for wearables only, not wear parts. At this website you can find shirts, hats, jackets, and other promotional items only. Parts and components for Bandit equipment can be purchased through Bandit authorized dealers. To locate your nearest Bandit dealer, please visit Bandit’s corporate website at http://www.banditchippers.com.

What happens after my order is placed?

You will receive an automated email confirmation after your order is placed. From there, our dedicated Bandit Gear staff will pick and pack your order for shipment.

Can I place custom orders or have items personalized?

We are more than happy to personalize and/or customize your purchases when possible. For custom/personalized orders please call our store and inform our representative you wish to place a custom order. Please note that not all items are available for customization or personalization.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders placed during regular business hours Monday through Friday are typically processed the same day. Please allow for UPS shipping time. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

What happens to my order if my credit card declines?

If you accidentally enter your credit card information incorrectly, your order will be flagged to be processed offline. When this occurs, one of our staff members will contact you via telephone or email to complete your order. If we are unable to reach you to obtain payment, your order will not be shipped.

Can I buy Bandit Gear locally?

If you are in the mid-Michigan area, you may be able to order and pick-up your items directly. Most apparel is produced just minutes from Bandit’s global headquarters in Mount Pleasant, Michigan by C&O Sportswear. Please contact Bandit directly for more information.

I purchased a Bandit item off your website, but it is not the correct size. Can I return it?

We are happy to take back any purchases that you have made, though additional fees or restrictions on refunds may apply. Please see our Return Policy.

Does Bandit have stickers? If so, how can I get one?

Yes we do! Our 2”x3” stickers are free. All we ask is that you send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address:

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after we have received the request. Do not send cash for postage! Any requests without a stamped or postage paid return envelope will not be processed.

Does Bandit have NASCAR hero cards? If so, how can I get one?

Yes we do! Our Bandit NASCAR hero cards are free, while supplies last. All we ask is that you send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address:
